The following terms govern every Omnari pilot, product subscription, and research engagement unless a separate signed agreement overrides them.
You may only access Omnari software if you are at least 18 years old, acting on behalf of a company, and have accepted these terms. Enterprise credentials must not be shared outside of your organization without Omnari's written consent.
Do not copy, decompile, resell, or abuse Omnari infrastructure. You are responsible for compliance with local regulations, data residency requirements, and internal security policies when using any Omnari product or API.
All software, documentation, and experiments shared with you remain Omnari intellectual property. Feedback you provide may be used to improve Omnari services without compensation unless a separate agreement states otherwise.
Alpha features and labs releases are provided “as is.” Omnari is not liable for indirect damages, data loss, or business interruptions. Liability is capped to fees paid in the preceding six months unless prohibited by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Disputes will be handled in Sydney courts unless both parties agree to arbitration.
